A Father & Son’s Unforgettable Football Journey

We’re Stuart and Liam, a father and son brought together by a shared passion for football, adventure, and creating memories that will last a lifetime.

What began as a dream when Liam was just 10 years old became a remarkable 585-day journey across England and Wales, visiting all 92 Football League grounds between the 2023–2024 and 2024–2025 seasons. Since completing that challenge, we’ve continued our football adventures by visiting Oldham Athletic and Barnet following their return to the Football League, as well as experiencing Everton’s impressive new home at the Hill Dickinson Stadium.

From Turf Moor to The Hive, from the bright lights of the Premier League to the character and charm of League Two, we’ve witnessed 97 matches, 249 goals, and countless unforgettable moments along the way.

But this journey has never been just about stadiums. It’s been about the people we’ve met, the places we’ve discovered, the communities we’ve experienced, and the stories that make football so special. Most importantly, it’s been about spending time together as father and son, sharing experiences that neither of us will ever forget.

What started as a challenge has evolved into a lifelong passion. I have now visited 164 different football grounds, while Liam has already passed the incredible milestone of 100 grounds before reaching his teenage years.

As we look ahead to the 2026–2027 season, we’re excited to continue our adventure with visits to Rochdale AFC and York City. Both clubs bring proud histories, passionate supporters, and new experiences for us to add to our growing football story.

The original challenge may be complete, but our football journey is far from over.
